We use this exclusively for eggs benedict and it absolutely delicious. The convenience is simply unbeatable, keeps for ages until you need it, if suddenly you decide to do eggs benedict as we do, as you have eggs and ham, we use frozen spinach, so practically we can have a delicious meal when ever we fancy. Consistent, good taste highly recommended!

**Seriously addictive, esp on asparagus. But my guilty pleasure is dipping slices of warm freshly baked The Best Sourdough bloomer (get sliced in store) directly into the jar. Wonderful delicate flavour and certainly the best I've tasted.** IN 2 MONTHS SINCE I WROTE THIS, the formula has changed and the fab hollandaise is now cheap SALAD CREAM. What have they done!
