My dog actually uses them!
I have purchased two sets of these. They are the only stairs I can get my dog to use. They are sturdy, no assembly required, and perfect for my 10 lb dog, but would also work for bigger dogs. It hits a little lower than my bed and that works fine for her. They are very stable. The only issue is, because they are so sold, if they move while my dog is on them for some fluke reason, it makes her a bit timid. These are the best stairs I have found. I also find them about as sleek and functional as you can find, especially if you have wood in the room you are using them in.

Sturdy and 2 options! Best stairs!
These are amazing! You can do a ramp or stairs! I have a 6 month old Frenchie and he learned them within a week! He uses them daily and even runs up the stairs when he has the zoomies! I have a 14” mattress with a 2” topper on a bed frame that is roughly 12” off ground and this is perfect height! This is extremely sturdy and heavy has great traction for any dogGreat value 100%Comes already together also which is so easy

Great quality stairs for my elderly animals
I love these stairs and more importantly, so do my cats! I have a couple of old guys who needed a little help. The cats have no issues with the height of each step and they even like sitting on the stairs just for fun. The stairs came all put together and in the flat position. The stairs are so easy to set up and flatten again for storage if needed. Plus they are quite sturdy and are rated for 150 pounds. The price on these stairs is not cheap but the product is totally worth it. Very please with my purchase.

Perfect for overweight senior cat: Edited
Comes assembled...awesome! Does take up a bit of space - not great for a small apartment - but it's really her apartment, not mine. Took her (12-13lbs, 15 yrs) about a week to get used to it. I put her on it right away, and she acted as if she'd never encountered stairs before. Cats, older cats in particular, need time to adjust. So, I flattened it out and fed her her treats on it, in order for her to get used to the feel of it under her paws. After two days, I stood it up and opened up just the first two stairs. She liked that and sat on the second step. Then, I opened up all the stairs and walked her up to her favorite place - bottom drawer (see photo - In her prime, she'd just jump up to where the fan sits now). Now, 4th day, she's using it like a pro! It did have a strong chemical smell upon opening. :( But it went away - for me after 48 hours. Since her sense of smell is 14 times better than mine, I image it's just beginning to smell OK. It feels extremely sturdy....especially for a cat. The steps are easy to open and flatten. It's kinda easy to open and fold up. It's kind of a pain to move around the apartment...but I feel that way about most things I own. I wanted to write this because I think it's a good buy....and so many products aren't.Edit: Still a good product, but she isn't using it as much. This is not the fault of the stairs. She gives up on lots of things (toys, food, etc.). I still use it to give her treats, and she also likes being under it when we play.

Great for Tiny Yorkie!
I was a little unsure when I saw these steps, because my Yorkie has the shortest legs imaginable and thinks she can't possibly climb steps because mommy is supposed to do all the work for her. I've tried all sorts of stairs so she can get on and off the bed by herself, but had no luck until I got these.Maybe they're a little pricy, but they're worth it. They're very sturdy and attractive and super easy to set up. Also they're actually long enough to go to very nearly the top of the bed so my pup doesn't have any trouble with that final top step. Oh, and that's the best part. She can actually use them. They work for her! I was afraid her legs would be too short, but she proved me wrong. It only took three days and bribing her with chicken. :D I put tiny pieces of chicken on a napkin on each step and then on the bed. After a couple of days I put the chicken only on the bed and then left the room, because if I watched her, she'd simply wait for me to pick her up.She was a little unsure at first and thought she should be scared of them, but with a little patience and consistency, she's now up and down them like she's been using them forever. They also easily turn into a ramp if your dog would rather do a ramp instead of stairs, but the ramp is a little too steep--at least for my Yorkie. I LOVE them. Just make sure to get the ones with four steps.

Excellent stairs
Why did you pick this product vs others?:So glad we chose this one!Our 10-year-old pup has hip issues and is usually hesitant to step on anything too soft. These steps are perfect for him, it is stable and supportive. So now he can get up and down from our bed with no problem at all. I especially love the option to convert it from stairs to a ramp. It’s such a thoughtful and well-designed product. Highly recommend!

What I have been looking for
Love these steps. I have a high bed-31 inches. My 19 pound dog had no chance of getting on my bed (short legs) and I was told by the vet it it's hard on their joints to jump from so high. These steps are sturdy, well made and they snuggle right up to my mattress (to cover the gap between frame and mattress). They are the perfect size, as far as width and distance, from step to step, for my dog to feel comfortable using them. I also am impressed with their look, color and style. I was not asked to write a review, and don't normally write a review, but was so happy when my dog took to them after a few lessons (used a treat), wanted to let others know. Have not used used the ramp option but like that it can be used in future. I'm thinking they will work for heavier dogs also since they are so sturdy.
