Q: can you use Any organic coffee?

Yes I use organic light roast coffee in my enema bucket it's made for coffee enemas I would never use regular coffee unless it's organic

Q: I have the tubing connected to the bucket, and it is unclamped, but the coffee is not moving through the tubing.

I ran into the same problem. The Open Bucket does not put as much air pressure on the fluid as a contained water bottle, so you have to prime the coffee--basically, before you insert the tubing, make sure you let some of the fluid run into the tube at least half the length of the tube. I let the coffee run into a cup, clamp the tube, and then pour the contents of the cup back into the bucket. But you have to "start" the tube to get the fluid to flow.

Q: How long can this bucket be used or how many times can it be used ?

as long as you keep it clean, I would assume you could use it inevitably. You may decide to clean the tubing or replace it. But the buckets will last you for as long as plastic holds up.

Q: Do you know what size diameter the tubing is for this kit? And do you sell just the tubing?

The outside round circle diameter is considered a 1/4 of an inch and/or either 4/16".
