Wow!! Love this stuff!!
We have a small countertop in our hallway that desperately needed some updating. The black granite was in great condition but just very dark. Marble slabs are expensive (I was quoted $300 without installation) and I wasn’t even sure if that was the look I wanted. This contact paper is a great price, relatively easy to install, and I think it looks great! It allows me to see what real marble might look like, and in the meantime it does a great job covering up the black.Installation: the roll wasn’t quite wide enough to be able to use one piece lengthwise, so I had to cut it into strips. I started with the back left corner and lined it up with the wall and the side, and then worked my way towards the front edge. Since the pieces were pretty small I found it easier to get it about 1/4 of the way pressed onto the countertop and then I just pulled off the rest of the lining and smoothed it out the best I could. It was easy to pull up and adjust as needed.I used a spatula with a soft plastic edge to press the bubbles out as much as possible, but there were still bubbles left. I had read that some users had luck with a hair dryer so I gave that a whirl but it didn’t work very well for me. Maybe I was doing it wrong? Who knows. In any case, what I found worked best for those pesky air bubbles I couldn’t press out was to poke a tiny hole in them with a needle and then press the air out that way. It left only very tiny pinpricks that I don’t think are noticeable at all.I struggled with the rounded corner and still am not happy with how that turned out. But, I have enough left over that I might pull that end piece up and try something else to make it smoother. The end result is fantastic!! I think it looks great. It’s thick and feels like it will hold up well. The slight gloss makes it look like an actual countertop. Husband was shocked when he got home. Highly recommend!!

Intricate Beautiful Design!
The media could not be loaded. I bought this vinyl for my desk and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my purchase! My husband was able to install it with a squeegee to make sure it was smooth and bubble-free, but overall it was not a hard job. It stuck to my desk easily and is holding up well. The feel of it is smooth and the design is beautiful; it looks like actual marble. Overall, for what it is, it’s great and I would definitely recommend this product.

Contact paper is pretty, but…..
I am an avid DIY’er. I actually painted my laminate countertop myself, and it lasted for about four years before it started to peel. So I was looking for another option and ran across this contact paper. I realized right off this was going to take more paper than expected. A problem I experienced was that even after cleaning off my countertop multiple times, and running my hand across it to make sure it was smooth, when placing the contact paper down, there were still little “specks” under it here and there that created little bubbles, which made it not lay out completely flat. The other problem I faced was that the contact paper would not adhere to the underside of my countertop at all and I am not sure how to remedy that. After applying more contact paper, I realized how pretty it really is. It’s not really easy to apply but the end result for me, even though it’s not perfect, is worth it. I’m going to order two more rolls so that I can finish.

Thrilled with the result!
I had the ugliest bathroom counter and I didn't want to spend a ton of money to fix it so I figured this product would be worth a try. I am beyond thrilled with the result! I actually removed the sink so it would go under the edge and caulked along the back of the counter to make it all waterproof. I had some weird curves to work around so I used my hair dryer to heat it up which made it pliable and workable. I had to reposition it several times but it didn't seem to lose it's stickiness. The amazing thing is that heating it up even seemed to make it more sticky. By heating it I was able to fold it under and it stick to the under side of the counter which I saw others had problems doing. It looks great and I'm so happy I decided to try this product!

So easy and beautiful!
If you’re questioning whether or not you should order this to spruce up any surface in your home I recommend you do it! I covered my counters in my apartment to brighten the space (counters were black vinyl) without damage to the original surface and the results were amazing! It was so easy to use if you follow the instructions of measuring, spraying the surface and using a squeegee to apply! And it’s durable- I’ve had this on my counters for about 10 months now and it has held up perfectly!

Not sticky enough
So this is very easy to install but it really isn’t that sticky. I had to use a glue for the corners to stick. But other wise it’s been holding up traffic. I placed it on the countertop of my bathroom vanity. The looks is beautiful!

Great product, actually looks amazing, even up close
This did exactly what I needed it to do. Our old countertop was dated, and this brightened everything up! I made sure to remove my sink before applying the contact paper and that made it much easier to apply! Cleanup is easy, I wipe it down daily with a microfibre cloth and some spray cleaner and there’s been no damage at all.

Wow! Easy countertop makeover!
Got this for my bathroom counter and it’s holding up amazingly well. Very cheap option to update your bathroom in a hurry and it looks amazing! I’ve had lots of compliments so far. If you use caulk around your sink and backsplash it gives it a nice finished look. It’s holding up well after a few months of frequent use, I would recommend and I would definitely use again.

USE THE WET METHOD TO APPLY!!
I purchased this contact paper before to cover my ugly kitchen countertops. It is a really great product, highly recommended. But it was very time consuming and kind of hard to install without 1000 bubbles being left behind. Then I saw a video of applying contact paper to countertops using water and a spray bottle. GAME CHANGER!! So much easier, and leave amazing smooth results. Basically just fill a spray bottle with water, add 1 drop of dish soap. Spray counter just before applying contact paper. The water allows you to readjust and align the paper without it sticking to the surface. Once you have it where you want it you use a smoothing tool to essentially squeegee out the water and adhere the paper to the counter. Honestly the best and easiest way to apply!

Looks so good.
I bought this to cover the painted tile surround of a capped fireplace. It was easy to cut into rectangles to cover each tile, so the grout still showed. Looks so good. People have complimented my fireplace surround, not realizing it is Peel and Stick paper. Great affordable upgrade.

GET A SQUEEGEE APPLICATOR SET!
The media could not be loaded. First time ever applying contact paper, you NEED a squeegee set for an easy application on kitchen countertops. Mine came with a large, medium (good for edges and backsplash) and tiny small one (good for corners and hard to reach areas). It also came with a super sharp precision knife that made all the difference cutting around the sink. I had less than 5 bubbles on my first roll but had more on the second, not sure why there was a difference between rolls. If you get any bubbles just pop them with the knife and smooth it out, good as new. Go slowly and take your time - it’s actually really easy with the right tools! No water or soapy solutions needed. Love the difference it made in my kitchen upgrade!
