As I type this review, I am sitting in this chair. It is such a massive upgrade compared to what I was sitting in before, and I already feel so much more comfortable and relaxed.When the package arrived, it came in this big old box with all the parts tightly held together to prevent shifting during shipping. It also came with a very simple manual on how to set up the chair, some screws and a monkey wrench. All in all, I laid out all the pieces and it took me about a solid 30 minutes to set up the entire chair. The setup was pretty straightforward, just make sure you follow the instructions to the letter, and maybe having an extra pair of hands could help you finish putting it together faster.Now let's talk about comfortability. This chair is comfortable, as it supports my posture and allows my body to relax. I don't have to lean forward on my desk or worry about resting my arms somewhere, as the armrests can be adjusted to your liking. The height adjustment is also great, and simple to use.If you plan on purchasing any office or at-home desk chair, buy this one and I promise you will not regret your decision!

I usually have a hard time assembling things but I was very easy this time. Directions were very clear and came with extra pieces just in case you lose any. My old chairs wheels made it have to use on hardwood floor but this worked perfectly. Another upgrade was how easy it was to change the chairs height and the arms would move up and down. Really great chair if you are looking for one!

Took a little bit to get it inside, as it was a good bit heavier than I imagined. I'd say that's a good thing though, it's certainly not built cheaply. Feels so nice though, and it's easily the comfiest desk chair I own.

Bought this one based on the great reviews on how comfortable it is. For the price, there are not many adjustments that can be done to make it more comfortable; pretty much up and down only. Gave it it 3 stars because the color is as described, easy to assemble and it looks pretty good.UPDATE: The company reached out after my original review. They seem to care and stated that their R&D team would work on my concerns. We went back and forth a few times, and they responded very quickly. Adding one more star for great customer service.

So when I checked the reviews and then what I received, I was glad to see that not only did this come with everything needed to put it together but none of the parts arrived damaged. Not to mention, when I was putting this together, all parts fit and aligned with no issues. Once put together, the whole chair offers a really great amount of cushion for the butt but also, very supportive in the back. The armrests are fully adjustable whether it's me or the kids sitting at our desk. The chair does lean back but what's nice is that it doesn't feel like you're going to fall backwards like some chairs that we've owned. The wheels roll around our tile floors with no problem. The flip up armrests are definitely a bonus too.

Very easy to assemble. I didn't read the description (my fault) and thought the arms had the ability to be adjusted to a particular height. Not a big deal especially for the price. One complaint I have is that is squeaks when I lean back on the chair. There may be a fix that I'll have to Google. Nice chair and serves its purpose well.
