OXOGood Grips 3- Piece Wooden Utensil Set

How much can you say about a wooden spoon? I like all three sizes. They are thick and are easy to hold. The cheapy ones I have used for years always felt like they might break if I pushed to hard. These certainly will not break.My wife isn't happy that they have to be hand washed, but I never put anything wooden into the dishwasher, so not a big deal for me. They are easy to clean and dry quickly.I also use them to serve with after using them to cook with.

Large and well made utensils.

I pick these spoons because they were three different sizes and smaller than the ones I already had. Love the construction of them as the edges are slightly thinner than that of the spoon head. That makes it so much easier to effectively stir things and remove food from pots and pans. The small one works perfectly with my small rice cooker with a non-stick. In fact it removes all the rice better than the plastic spoon that came with the ricer.The handles are larger which I appreciate because as you get older your hands lose collagen and things become more difficult to grip.Like with any wooden implement cleaning up is easy. I always Wash them immediately after I finish using them and NEVER put them in a dishwasher as the high temperature hot water and the drying cycle are not good for for wooden implements.Well I expect these spoons to last for a good many years I would definitely purchase more of these types of products from OXO

Good, practical, solid kitchen utensils. There are times when only a wooden utensil will do. These Oxo ones were highly recommended, and they've turned out to be great to use. They have a nice look, seem sturdy and have retained their finish after several dishwasher rounds. I wish the shape of the handles were just a bit more slender, as I have small hands. But otherwise, these do the job and do it well.

Quality wood spoons great for cooking with pots and pans that you cat use metal on or plastic that will melt.

I wanted to love these. They look nice and not flimsy at all. Sadly the first time I used the large spoon and washed it (by hand) it cracked. I didn’t misuse the spoon. I just used it to stir something I was cooking and then I hand washed it and it formed a fairly large crack. I sadly sent it back and will keep looking. I don’t want to use plastic. I have always loved my wood utensils.

If you want wooden spoons at a reasonable price this is your solution. We’ve used them now for half a year, my wife and I love them. They are durable and should last the rest of our lives.
