Great alternative for curries and stir fries
This makes a good change to other Quorn products. I fry and then add stir fry contents after 4 minutes. I have also boiled them for a short time before adding to Thai curry pastes or adding to a curry. Suitable for about two adults. It would be better if it came in a family size portion.

Great alternative to meat
Easy to use, tasty & my family love fajitas made with this. Prefer it to beef & chicken

Steaky
I mean what more is there to say, if you like eating steak but don’t like the thought of dead animals but don’t want to pay too much then these are perfect and more than an acceptable replacement

OK, but tasteless.
I rather hoped these would be similar to the peppered steaks that Quorn does. They were easy to use but added little in the form of texture or taste. I doubt I would buy these again.

They're okay but easily burned if you're not careful!
I bought these to try a couple of times as I'm allergic to gluten and vegetarian so finding meat/protein replacements is a bit of a challenge. This is one of Quorn's safe gluten-free meal alternatives. They're basically like pieces of beef cut thin. The taste is subtle but best described as beef-like. They don't need much cooking and if you use an air fryer like I do be careful as they burned in mine at 185-200 degrees if cooked for long than 7 minutes!Best cooked at 185 degrees or bottom of cooker for 5-6 minutes and checked on to see if they need cooking any longer. If you over-cook they tend to come out dry like sticks! Not good. If you cook them right though they retain their meat-like texture and flavour. Great for a Sunday Roast dinner or putting into curry's.If you're a picky Vegan/Vegetarian who doesn't like things too close to meat in texture and taste/appearance and prefers smaller-piece sized then these will be ideal for you. If you're a meat-eater or someone expecting something exactly like beef slices then probably not for you and may be disappointed.

Definitely an acquired taste!
My granddaughter at 6 years of age said she wanted to be a vegetarian so I have some knowledge of Quorn. They have improved their products tremendously over the last few years but for a non-vegetarian they simply have to do something to improve Quorn mince!
