The Ab wheel works just as described and the fact that it included a kneeling pad was very helpful. The wheel is well constructed and very easy to assemble. If I had one minor issue it is that the padding on the handle is very easy to mess up as I must have gripped it too tightly as i was assembling and now I can feel a small indentation in the padding nothing major just a small inconvenience.

I was looking to replace the ab roller I had and I'm happy I got this set. I used the jump robe and the ab roller this week for all my workouts at the gym and both are great. Ab roller works smoothly and is so easy to assemble. The only thing I didn't like much was the knee mat that came with it; is very tiny but I have a yoga mat so it's not a big deal for me.

It does the trick. I like the thickness of the wheel and the grips are soft, but there's a little too much wiggle room and can pinch your hands if you're not careful. It would be cool if they came with some exercise ideas. The jump rope is a fun addition.

First of all it has very good quality. I'm very sure we will use it for of couple years or more. My old roller was smaller but I never knew it is easier do exercises with bigger size roller. My daily abs become more efficient with this one. Only thing you should be careful is, if someone bigger person gonna use it, better to have little bigger knee pad. It fits for me, but for my husband- it feels little for him.

I stopped going to the gym since Covid shut downs, and some days its not easy to do exercises at home. I love this wheel because I can spend a few minutes a day rolling , it doesnt take that much space, and my kids actually like the exercise as well. It also comes with the knee pad and jumping rope. If you havent done this kind of exercise before, make sure to watch a few youtube videos for correct posture

The media could not be loaded.  I ordered yesterday and came today! I’m excited to try it. I bought it to motivate myself to do exercise. Let’s see...It isn’t that heavy than I thought. Looks pretty good. Quality is fine and the yellow tone is perfect. It was super easy to assemble. Handles are soft enough to hold for a while. Plus, it came with a jump rope and a knee pad.

The AUOPLUS ab roller was very easy to assemble. Upon its first use, and subsequent usage, I found the product sturdy, easy to use and the roller was very smooth. Since I received it not only have I used the ab roller but also students and staff in the building. The ab roller is used every day and gives a great ab workout! We have had no problems with it at all.

This is a great combo of weight losing equipment with ab builder. The jump rope is useful for losing weight combining with dieting. The ab roller is great for building abs. Personally, I like the jump rope more because I have to lose weight first before I start to build muscles. Great equipment for a small home gym especially during this pandemic.
