This is the 2020 version. I purchased one of these and it is flawless-identical to brand new item.

Does the macbook come with the original charger?

My refurbished Mac Book Pro came with a new Apple charger and cable.

Is this 16gb ram or 8? Price is to good to be true for it to be 16gb ram

Of this generation of Pros, the ones with 4 Thunderbolt ports (instead of 2) and 10th-gen Intel CPUs (instead of 8th) didn't have an 8GB option (16 and 32). Since they're refurbished, I think it's possible for someone to ship some with 8GB as a scam, but I'm not sure how likely that is.

How wel does this run xcode in 2022?

This is actually working like is a brand new laptop. Super fast. The only thing is the battery drains fast.
