FLEXIMOUNTS2 Pack 2x4ft Garage Storage with 4 Hooks 24x48 inch Bike Wall Shelving Rack, 440lbs Total Weight Capacity, Black

I mounted these in a shed and they were perfect for what I needed. The mounting template was very handy to make installation pretty simple. I ditched the included mounting bolts and used RSS screws with washers to attach them directly to 2x6s running horizontally in my shed. Not sure exactly how much weight I've got on them but I don't have more than 100 lb on them. I like that I can use the cutouts on the mounting brackets as points to hang additional items. overall I'm very pleased with these shelves and I would definitely recommend them and purchase them again.

I had installed a corner mounted Fleximount and loved it. I thought I would add two strait pieces along the side of the garage and attach to my corner shelves. Problem is that the support brackets with these new mounts are cheaper. They are all left handed where you bolt them and do not have the support top bracket. Bottom line is that you cannot attach to corner shelves because the brackets will not hit the studs. Suggest just buying corner Fleximount system even if not using in corner. Of course they are more expensive. Pain in the butt to return unwanted ones.

Highly recommend these for anyone who wants high quality affordable rack storage.My only complaint is less about the quality and more about the design itself. This design really shines if you have perfect stud distances. If your house was built with less than perfect stud distances, you will have a hard time with this.In my case, where I needed 48" exactly between the mounting pieces, I actually had about 47". So this is probably more of a review on the build quality of my home rather than the racks themselves. Lol. I was able to fix this by bending the metal mount pieces outward slightly.

Started building my RC indoor station and needed some racks that were durable and sharp looking and these were my first choice and I don’t regret buying them one bit . They hold the weight and then some . Great product!!

I put these racks in my garage and love them!! I had to bolt them to a 2x12 and then mount that to the wall, since the provided spacing did not work for me… I would also recommend going to the hardware store and buying some extra washers as well if you want to really make it strong (but that’s just a personal preference). But making my own mounting solution wasn’t a big deal and I love the results. They hold up some heavy equipment with no sag and are very nice looking. I can pull down 100+ pounds on it and it doesn’t bend or budge. Very high quality, A+, very happy!!

Storage

This product is quality through and through! If used as shelving mounted on the studs one on top of the other, they fit perfectly. However, if you mount them side by side connected, there’s a “gap” in the mounting brackets short of a perfect fit. Keep this in mind and adjust accordingly.

The product is sturdy, but the design works for houses in which you can find two studs 24", 36" or 48" apart.Usually in America, the stud are placed approximately 16" or 48" apart. In my house where I like to place the frame, the studs are approximately 40" apart. So I need to drill a hole along the metal frame (in the picture, on the left) in order to secure both ends of the shelf to the studs.
