Cheap, compact, and stable
Got this for use as a portable console keyboard for Intel NUC computers that normally run headless (and have both USB-A and USB-C ports). This is the USB-C version (Perixx 422) and was much cheaper than the USB-A version (Perixx 426). It's a membrane keyboard but the feel is surprisingly good, and it also feels solidly made whilst only weighing 309g according to kitchen scales. The red base looks a bit funky but you don't notice it when it's on the table. There are two flip feet if you want it angled. Even works with an Android phone too. A bargain at the price.(Aside: I don't know why Amazon puts "Battery life" as one of the ratings: this is a wired keyboard, and takes its power from USB only)

Much better than Bluetooth Keyboards
I've tried a number of Bluetooth keyboards to work with my Samsung tablet, and none of them worked reliably really. This keyboard just works. Plug in it via the USB C port and start typing.Reminds me that I ditched Bluetooth headphones as they were too fiddly and easy to lose. In both cases going back to simpler wired alternatives has been a big improvement.

the best
All the Perixx keyboards are excellent - the best in my experience. And for me, as a professional writer, this is the best of the lot. I tried the 426 but the keys were slightly smaller than I am used to, so when typing at speed I kept touching the adjacent keys and having to correct the text. This 422 has bevelled keys so the risk of this is minimised. It is exactly the size I need (middle of q to middle of p is 17 cm). I prefer this to my Microsoft wireless keyboard as the Bluetooth connection there has a delay, so for example I type in a tab space and nothing happens, so I type it again and still nothing, then I type it a third time and suddenly get three tab spaces. So the wired 422 is my preference and I like the quiet keys too that spring back neatly.

NOT for touch typists
The right-hand SHIFT key is too far to the right so I keep hitting the up-arrow key instead. A pity as the general feel of the keyboard is good and I could plug it straight into my phone/tablet and start typing, as my Bluetooth keyboard could not keep up with my typing. I'll be returning this and getting a standard USB keyboard with OTG adapter.

VERY POOR
A nice small keyboard, but it has just stopped working after a few months. Used a permanent set up most weekdays. So not up to the job for me.

Good size but soft keys
This works really well if you are using an external screen and want to bring the keyboard and mouse close to you, with the laptop sitting a little further away. Good for this WFH situation we are all facing at the moment. The keyboard is actually a full size one, without the numbers on the side, so you will have a more comfortable experience than the laptop keyboard. Only problem is that the keys are bouncy and soft and I am the sort of guy who likes a bit of click clack when typing to get in the mood. It works plug and play with no issues off a USB-C.

Good quality
Surprisingly good quality against major brands. Sturdy and comfortable to use. Very impressed

Very compact
A very nice keyboard, for a good price. It has less width than 65% size keyboards and yet you still get F-keys, very good. I would give it 5 stars if the top row (F-keys) were standard size and if the right shift key was in its regular position, those are the only drawbacks.
