Sue Monk Kidd 3 Books Collection Set (The Secret Life of Bees, The Invention of Wings & The Mermaid Chair)

Of the three I thought I’d start with the Mermaid Chair and take the other two on holiday, however, the style of writing and unfolding of the plot are so tedious that there is little pleasure in reading and I doubt I’ll finish it.

The author certainly has a way with words. Interesting and informative. So far have read The Secret Life of Bees.

I only received one book-not the set. I ordered it to share books with neighbors as I only needed the one of three and was a good value. Have read all these books before. Hoping the other two are coming-usually a set is delivered all together....

My mother loved these books! Each one of them.
