Solid replacement
I was a bit hesitant to order car parts on Amazon, but this actually was a decent replacement for the existing OEM part on the car. Matched perfectly! I just needed a replacement because an opossum made a mess out of the driver's side of the original. We reused the existing hardware to attach it. The nice this was this part actually came with the 6 clips you need pre-installed on the front edge. That was great news since Amazon suggested the wrong installation hardware to me so we didn't have the correct installation hardware anyway.

A perfect fit
I did not want to pay a couple hundred for an OEM and this matches up nicely for a lot less. The holes lined up for the fasteners and I had new ones in a kit that lock it down tightly. You will have to use a heat gun or hair dryer to heat up the factory AC label and transfer over. There was one small issue, the small thin plastic by the hood latch was warped but once I transferred the rubber gasket over and installed you can not tell. My photos show the old and new one. Time will tell if it hold up over time

Absolutely bolt on using the stock hardware and stock GT front lip.

Worked well. Seems more durable than original. Mostly easy swap out.
Installed easily. Seems more durable than the original part. I used mostly the same hardware that was removed from the old part. Also used about 4 self tapping screws across the front middle section where there no pre-drilled holes.
