Canon TS6420 All-in-One Wireless Printer, White, Compact (4462C022)

La compre en 2021 y no le he dado uso normal. Ha sido muy escasas veces que la he usado y me esta fallando. Tira un codigo 7700 y no dice que hacer. No me deja imprimir nada. En Amazon dice que no tiene asistencia para este producto. Para el precio devio de haber durado mas tiempo.

I use this printer pretty much just for my kids to print school stuff, or for shipping labels, or occasionally for fun little stuff that I want to do. I haven't really used it for photos too much, so I can't vouch for amazing photo quality or anything. What I can say is that this printer works when I need it to, no matter what kind of paper I use, and it's great on ink. It's a million times more reliable than the previous brand that I had, and far less expensive. It's like my little buddy now that I know I can rely on. Set up is super simple. After that, click and go. Definitely recommend this for ease of use and reliability in a home printer.

After upgrading my computer I found my Pixma 2820 was no longer supported so I upgraded to this model. It took a few minutes to find the online manual but setup via the USB option was pretty easy. A USB cable was NOT included, but the one from my older model worked perfectly. I work with graphics, so print quality is pretty important to me and this printer does a great job for printouts that are crisp, clean and color accurate to my original digitally rendered images. I didn't need a new scanner, but since this printer comes with one, it will now replace my Canon LiDE 120. The printer's scanner function interface is identical to my older scanner so I was scanning documents and photos in a matter of minutes without help. I like the fact that this printer does not have too many "bells and whistles" function buttons...doesn't take up too much real estate in my office...has a clean profile and ink cartridges are easy to find both locally and online. I did not opt for the ink replacement services. After reading some of the reviews here, I was expecting this machine to be slower and noisier than my older model but found the opposite to be true. Great little printer at a great price!

I ordered a Canon printer expecting a reliable product, but what I received was completely unacceptable. The printer arrived damaged and non-functional right out of the box. It wouldn’t even power on. I contacted support and followed the return process exactly as instructed, only to be shocked when I was refunded only 10% of the original cost. Canon (or the seller) kept 90% as a “restocking fee” — for an item that was clearly defective on arrival. This is beyond unfair and feels like a scam. Why should I pay for a restocking fee on something that was broken and unusable when I received it? I expected better from Canon. This experience has completely ruined my trust in the brand. I will never buy another Canon product again, and I urge others to be cautious — especially when it comes to returns.

You have to print a few pages to break it in. I previously wrote the following “If you’re looking for a printer that prints at an average speed, this one is NOT it.” It’s doing a fine job now.

Cannot use the printer because there are no WiFi setup instructions. The instructions literally skip the step of setting up WiFi. I tried to set up WiFi through the printer itself, but it could not connect to my router (which is less than a year old and works great). Edit 11/12/25: This printer lasted just over 3 years before it stopped working one day. It worked mostly okay, although sometimes it had wifi connection problems. I give it 3 stars because it did work for the most part for 3 years. Should've stuck with HP.

I purchased this Canon printer after returning an HP 6455 Envy, three weeks before. Based on the mixed reviews on this (and truly, all) printer, I was a little weary. But it turned out perfect! It was so easy to connect to wifi, setup the app on our phones, and to use. I'm a millennial whom is not tech-savvy. I need to press buttons to feel confident, and this printer gives me that!
