Sides are nice and sturdy, only a handle located in the front not one in the back. I'm concerned about the bottom, it does have a nice solid colored board to place on the bottom but the cloth it sits on is thin, my concern is with using these baskets for files for work in my home office I'm worried it may tear a hole in the bottom after some time when I lift it. With how many I purchased I'm hoping I won't over fill them and this won't happen. If the bottom was made as the sides it wouldn't be a concern. Yes, they are nice and work perfectly so far.

Perfect for storing bathing suits on my closet shelves. Sturdy and nice color too.

BACKGROUND-I was looking for a sturdy, yet portable solution to help organize my baby's toys and belongings-I was provided an opportunity to purchase this storage basket at a discount in exchange for an unbiased and honest review. Please note that I take my reviews seriously and will rate a product based on if I was a consumer purchasing the item directly through Amazon at the current asking price.CONSTRUCTION AND SET-UP-The storage basket comes folded up in a simple plastic bag.-The fabric material and storage box is very durable and appears that it will stand the test of time. The fabric does not rip easily (I tried).-There is a panel included that is meant to provide additional stability at the bottom of the storage basket. It includes a nice pull tab to easily remove it when the storage basket is ready to fold up.-There is a plastic card/label holder that will fit a business-sized card.-There is a handle that is also sturdy and well stitched onto the box. It also does not rip/budge when I give it a good yank.TEST PERFORMANCE-The box folds up and sets up very easily. The additional panel fit snugly at the bottom of the storage basket and helped keep it open.-To test its durability, I put a 20lb weight inside the basket. I was able to lift the basket off the ground by its sides without any fear that the basket would bend/break or that the weight would fall through the basket. I was able to tug the basket with the weight inside without any problems.WHAT I LIKE-Very compact when folded up and easily stored away. Compared to other storage baskets, it can be collapsed flat, which I feel will be useful when moving or when it's not being used.-Construction is very solid and durable. Based on my test performance, it can carry a 20lbs load without any problems.-The handle and label holder are nice additions and add to the versatility and function of the storage basketWHAT CAN BE IMPROVED UPON-Perhaps it may be useful for have another handle on the opposite side of the handle that is already attached, so that it can be lifted of the ground more easily. However, I feel the majority of people will use the storage bin by "pulling it out" and therefore feel one handle is sufficient. Not much that I can think of. This is an excellent storage basket with ample storage space when used and it can carry heavy loads. I cannot think of how a storage basket can be any better aside from perhaps the addition of another handle.CAVEAT & DISCLAIMER-I received this product at a discount in exchange for an unbiased and honest review. These cube storage containers seem to be all the rage these days and I have bought and used quite a few different ones over the past few years. I first tried the cheap ones you get at the dollar store. Those lasted for a bit but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. I then bought my son a toy storage thing that had two shelves and had three different levels of storage cube things. There were four smaller ones on top, three medium in the middle and two large ones on the bottom. I though it was a great idea since it was Henry Huggle Monster which he loves! I am so disappointed in that purchase because the storage containers are now destroyed. They did not hold up at all. They are very misshaped and don't serve their purpose anymore! I wasn't sure if these were going to be the same thing or not. So when it came in the mail, I was very surprised at the quality! I don't know what the cube is made out of inside cardboard or plastic or whatever. But this one is much thicker than any other one I have ever had. I wish the toy storage ones were this thick. Maybe they wouldn't have failed me. This one is also holds a lot too. I added photos too. I used my hand as to show how big the cube is. I hope you enjoy yours as much as I do mine! I have always loved fabric folding storage baskets because not only do they look great but they are also very practical. I picked the red basket because it's great to use right now during the fall but will also be great for the upcoming Christmas season. I used the basket to put family board games and card games in. We love playing games together and these board and card games were just laying around in the living room. Now I have them all in one place and it looks a lot nicer as well. This basket holds a lot of weight because I have it jam packed and can still lug it around without the handles breaking off or the bottom giving out. These would be great as toy baskets in the kids room or in the classroom. There is also a place n the front of the basket where you can put a label if needed. The label would be great for kids that share rooms like mine. If you want to store this basket it completely folds down so it can fit in a drawer or cabinet.
