ESV Women's Study Bible (TruTone, Deep Brown): Holy Bible, English Standard Version

This is more than a study bible. It also has a daily reading plan if you choose to use that. It has reflections all throughout the Bible. It has cross references and maps. I took a few pictures from the book of Mark so you can see how the pages are laid out. It has a lot of great information to dive deeper, but it could be overwhelming with the amount of information on each page for some.As with the other reviews the pages on this are very thin. For someone that has dyslexia or any other reading barriers it would be hard to read. Not only do the letters on the back go through but also the next page. I took two different photos - one normal and one with a folded white piece of paper behind it so you can see the difference in the amount of text coming through. However, if the pages were thicker this Bible would be even bigger.I do wish it had a map of Jesus's ministry like it does for the apostles showing the routes. I took a picture of the map of Palestine under Roman rule as well as the one from the apostles early ministry so you can see what they look like.Overall, this Bible is not only gorgeous but definitely has the tools to help you dive deeper. I already have a primary Bible and had a separate concordance and Bible dictionary. I love that this is all in one so I don't have to keep up with so many different books when I am trying to study deeper into the word.

Gorgeous Bible. I love reading the devotionals placed throughout the Bible as well as the verse art. ESV is my go to translation and to have it so beautifully put together, it will be my forever Bible.

Although our pastor always has scripture from Sunday’s sermon on the large screens, I wanted a bible I can actually hold and read at home.. this bible is perfect! I love taking notes and highlighting as well.. I also purchased the Bible tabs and now I can quickly locate where I need to be each Sunday.. its absolutely beautiful

I purchased this Bible for a new Christian but after seeing it in person, I got one for myself! I get so many compliments on it! It’s beautiful and is a quality bible. I especially love that it is the ESV translation, as I personally believe that is the best translation you can find. I also think that the leather cover is durable. I really like that. It has study material in it, it is wonderful to have all the explanations, but it is just also done so beautifully and artistically that it makes it so much nicer to read and look at. If that’s not important to you, then it wouldn’t, really matter in purchasing this Bible, but I appreciate aesthetics and the beautiful font/text, as well as detailed art makes it beautiful to look at as well as functional and educational.

Finally got my own study bible and I'm so excited. Fits into my small backpack just barely. Beautiful artwork. Excellent descriptions and visuals. Makes it more exciting studying His word.

I only gave it four stars, not five because of the ghosting. The Bible is absolutely beautiful. I did add a sheet of card stock paper to help with the ghosting. I also added a few more ribbons, it only came with one chocolate brown satin ribbon.

I love this Bible so much. It’s beautiful and the articles and study notes are great. The ESV study Bible can be a little overwhelming with all the notes, but this one has more of a condensed version of those notes with the addition of devotional type articles. I do wish they would have used thicker paper and a darker text, but I still really enjoy it and don’t have trouble reading. If you write with a pen, you will see it on the opposite side. I use Zebra Mildliner (Mild Ink) highlighters and they work the best in this Bible. It won’t bleed through the page. I have so many bibles but I’m glad I to have this one. I see myself using it for years to come.
