Great for hand/wrist rehab
Purchase this after a bad fall resulting in multiple compound fractures followed by OT. We use one if these during my sessions and I could see how much it helped. Thankful I found here.

THIS HELPED ME WITH MY AT-HOME PT - A LOT
I had a very bad wrist break, at 53 years old, and needed to be doing a lot of at-home exercises in addition to the PT I could get with my insurance. So I picked this up and watched some hand therapy videos (from licensed therapists dealing with my particular injury) and took my work home with me. This combined light/heavy web "hand trampoline" really was a big key to my recovery, and I'm glad that I was able to buy at home what my actual therapist was using on me at PT. When the therapist sends you home with homework, do your homework -- it's worth it!
