Same Product, Alternate Brand
This is a different brand name of the same product as Aveeno's Soothing Bath Treatment; Colloidal Oatmeal that creates a slightly milky bath which helps soothe skin and alleviate itching and irritation from various rashes, insect bites, eczema, etc. It's hard to say if this is 'a better deal' than Aveeno oatmeal bath treatment packets because there's too many constantly changing factors: Amazon's prices fluctuate often on both products, and Aveeno also markets the same product in different ways depending on who they're aiming for, which is sneaky. For example: At the moment there's 8 in a box of their traditional label, yet only 3 in a box for one with 'Eczema Therapy' written largely on the label and both boxes are the same price within a few cents - for the same exact product and same quantity per packet either way. Anyway, I personally chose this brand over Aveeno this time around because this was a large quantity and was on Prime. The price worked out to be about the same but with Prime I can anticipate that it arrives UPS, which I prefer over USPS. I have eczema so I use these often in the winter. I am sure the brands are completely interchangeable, Colloidal Oatmeal is Colloidal Oatmeal and this has the same exact powder-like consistency as Aveeno and other generic brands I've used. This offering was for 30 packets, and I assumed it would be several boxes of 6 or 8 packets, but there are no boxes at all, just a plastic bag with 30 sealed packets in it and an expiration sticker on the bag of 2017, which is plenty of time, for me at least. No box(s) is good in the sense that it saves packaging, but still something to be aware of. I wasn't sure where to put 30 loose packets without boxes, but I finally stuck them all in a basket in the bathroom which works fine for me. I'll continue to order this brand if the price/quantity/delivery option work out best for me, or will also use any other brand if a different offering works out to be better next time, it doesn't much matter.

Excellent product
Works the same as name brand product at a fraction of the cost. It really soothes skin irritation and itching. Would recommend to anyone!

Better than Aveeno; tried both with a horrible sun reaction/burn
NO CLUMPS! All the reviews were absolutely right but of course I had to try both. Honestly I was so sun burnt & in so much pain the Aveeno was the only one I could find in person @ walmart. Once I went through that whole box (2-3 packets in each tub) this one came in the mail and the difference was instant dissolve… maybe slightly less of an oatmeal smell (which i do miss) but I almost all peeled way & think I will keep taking these oatmeal baths forever.

Decent and worth the price.
I think it works. I’ve used it in 2 baths with my kids. You can feel the difference, but it doesn’t have as soft of a feel as the Aveeno baby stuff, post bath. It’s way cheaper than Aveeno and clumps when you put it in water, but it does eventually dissolve in the water. Does it work? For general dry skin and mild eczema, yes. For severe eczema and cracked/bleeding skin? Some but not quite strong enough. Honestly though if your skin is that severe, you should probably have a prescription ointment to apply anyways. Works well 4/5 times for my eczema skin kiddos.

Beats ALL drugstore brands
This oatmeal bath product puts the drugstore equivalents to shame! It actually dissolves in your bath water leaving NO clumps. I use for poison oak. Soak in tub with product 15-20 min. then pat skin dry. ITCHING GONE!!! For severe cases I sometimes have to supplement with calamine lotion. The Aveeno product will leave big clumps in your bath without the relief. You will not regret purchasing this product. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Will sooth any dermatitis outbreak, even the worst poison ivy.
Colloidal oatmeal really works for any kind of skin problem, much more effective than the creams and ointments out there.

good for itchy skin
I purchased this to soak away dry, itchy skin. It does sooth the itch. It has a odd smell, but I guess that is to be expected with an oatmeal soak. I will purchase it again.

Great for HFM, insect bites, etc
Both of my girls had a horrible bout of HFM (thanks daycare). Every night for a week we did one of these baths and I swear it helped them heal faster.
