I really loved the smell and how fresh the flowers were when it came in the mail like 10 mins after smudging my apartment I felt a weight lift off my shoulders and I have horrible anxiety definitely helped with that but make sure you smudg as needed a lot of people can mess with the energy of your home or even you and this helps release that negative energy make sure to open windows and say a prayer of what you want out of smudging such as love and light banish any negative energy in Jesus name all that

It doesn’t stay lit long but the more you burn it the better it flows.

These sage sticks are so beautiful and smell great! I am still in my first stick and I’ve used it about 3 times ! I probably can get one more use out! Possibly two!
