Beware the sweat
These work really well. They’re extremely easy to put on and fasten as they use Velcro. The material isn’t very breathable though so your wrists will get sweaty quicker than the rest of your body. It’s a minor inconvenience but just thought I should mention it in case you wanted to purchase something else at the same time to put between your skin and the weight

Easy to use, adjust and comfortable
I use these with clients who have moderate to severe tremor. They can be used in exercise with those who have weakness or proprioceptive /kinesthesia deficits from stroke to improve awareness… i like them a lot. Parkinson’s Disease clients also have benefitted from trying it out to assist in improved coordination during self feeding or Grooming/hygiene tasks. It’s worth a try. Can be worn under clothing/ long sleeves and used in the gym or with walking for extra work out challenge. And the price is Great!

Good gear for light workouts
The media could not be loaded. I have been looking for the right arm weights to improve my hand speed with taekwondo and invested in these. The design was great and the look was impressive. I ordered these in a flash and they arrived quick. My energy level rose when i unboxed them but my finding were not that high. First these are made for small forearms possibly women only or teens if you want males users. My forearms are far from big and I call them average size and these did not go on as advertised. They have an opening on each end with velcro for tightness. My forearm almost ripped the thread that was sewn along the middle when putting them on. After they were on the fit was comfortable other that the wrist area which had a "cut off circulation" feel after a few seconds. My next test was executing techniques. Here is where the real issue lies. First, they are low profile and I was able to conceal under my jacket as I walked in the gym...no weird looks. Second, I was able to easily slide my Gi on over them and proceed throwing punches, strikes, blocks, etc. At first it was going great then I noticed the sweat made the ends draw in toward each other. That led to the areas where the weights were lying become loose since the thread was on neoprene material. Not a bad thing when it comes to breath-ability but its just not strong enough to withstand the movements of martial arts, boxing, or other combat sports. Eventually the seams broke free and the weight flew out hitting a dumb bell rack when deformed the weight. This made me stop the workout and remove the weights. I came to the conclusion that this was deigned for slow paced or low impact use. My suggestion would be for women who are walking or power walking. The product does not mention any type of use but from my finding its just not up to my workout level. Not a bad item just not what I was looking for.

Not very durable
When I bought these I attempted to punch a bag, hoping to work my arms harder with the extra weight. These wrist weights are not suited for this purpose. The removable weights fell out. The ones that weren't removable jangled around and some rotated 90 degrees. Looking at the weights closer, some have stitching to hold them in place, give each weight a pouch, others do not, I believe that my workout quickly undid this stitching for parts of the wrist weights. The movement of the weights has already caused small holes in the fabric. If you use these weights, don't try to box with them. Get different wrist weights or weighted gloves for this purpose.Otherwise they are easy enough to put on and wear, though they barely fit my forearms. Much more convenient than weights I previously tried to put on my wrists. Good for wearing throughout the day or while out walking etc. They are still comfortable but if you move your arms too quickly they seem to bunch up closer to the wrists.

Good quality
Oddly enough I use these when I play VR, particularly when playing beatsaber. It gives a nice workout and has been a great help to me, I definitely recommend

China crap
wife wore these less then 3 weeks or 15 days, there are weights that you can remove and one that are sewn in perminate, well those come loose and go flying who knows where while running or jogging, the removeable stay in don't know how but they do. We thought for sure they would be the ones that go flying. Was a great idea she loved them but poorly sewn, cheap tread or lack of, a little velcro on the removable weights would do wonders. Item discontinued........Go figure, didn't get a full refund which is BS. Thanks Amazon!!! Time to start shopping with other companies. Same song and dance you get to big everything turns to junk/ crap seller. No refund/ theft by deception.

Great design, but they literally fell apart
In some ways, these weights were everything I was looking for. They're slim and fit very well under clothes. Contrary to some other reviews, I haven't had any issues with weights falling out. The major issue I've encountered is that while these look good, they're extremely cheaply made. The stitching around the weights almost immediately started coming undone as I was hiking. Not running, or boxing, just hiking. I've had to go at this myself with a sowing needle and redo the stitching myself, and even my shoddy stitches are holding up better than the originals. I'm keeping these, because I'm literally too poor to get buy other weights, but if you're looking for durable weights to wear don't get these. Unless you're some repair enthusiast, in which case you'll have a ball with these.

Small. Flawed design
Don't buy this unless you have small forearms. The manafacturer obviously has never seen a human forarm or they would know that the bottom end should be wider or at least able to stretch wider. They're also very small and even on small forearms they're a pretty tight fit.Lastly some of the stitching looks pretty sketchy and fragile and I'm kinda paranoid they'll break easily.
