Very comfortable
The earpads on my headphones started to split. So, I replaced them with these. To install, keep one side in place with one hand while you stretch with the other. It takes some finesse. They are comfortable with more ear room, I don't notice too much downside from the reduced insulation. They are also lighter. I recommend them.

Very good quality Ear Pads
I bought those for my 3 years old Sennheiser HD 4.40 headphones after the original Ear Pads started pealing off.The ear pads are not exactly the same shaped as the original (they are slightly more square shaped, while the originals are slightly more oval shaped), but they do fit nicely and look very good. The comfort is on pair or slightly better than the original. Installation is not easy (it's same as with other Ear Pads replacement), but it is manageable if you are persistent. As for the quality, I expect it would last the same as the original.

Surprisingly good
I've tried a few Brainwavz pads on the HD4.40BT but they killed all the bass. These don't wrap around my ears like those did, but they at least provide full coverage of my big Dumbo ears, and therefore better isolation than stock.Sonically, there are a few surprising improvements. Low bass is beefed way up, sonic image is wider, mids are much clearer, and that peaky upper midrange is tamed a little bit, compared to stock. I always worry about losing that magical musical coherence that makes Sennheiser cans so great, but these retain most if not all of it - I can hear more instrument separation, which is good, and I still find myself wanting to listen to them any chance I get. They are incredibly cushy and comfortable, and I thought the stock pads were actually pretty good in that regard. My only complaint is that they seem a little less snug or stable on my head, but tightening the band a notch mostly fixed it.These will not magically turn the HD4.40BT into a true "over-ear" headphone if you have big ears, but if you don't mind soft pads sitting on your outer ears, I'd recommend them. The stock sound signature is probably more "correct" but if you want to use these on the subway the extra bass and isolation is worth it.

Way Better than Stock
Softer, more comfortable, better isolation, and sound signature is largely unchanged with the exception of a small enhancement to the sub-bass, which these headphones need (they don't dig that deep with the stock pads). The material is also far better than the cheap stock PU. It's a nice protein (imitation) leather that looks and feels close to genuine sheepskin.

PU leather
Made of fake PU leather. Cracked and peeled in less than a year. I'll probably need to find some velvet pads and avoid these.

They fit
Fitted my senheiser 4.40 perfectly and look very similar to the originals

Great quality, bit difficult to install.
Installation is not quite as easy because it is quite tight to fit into the headphones, but it does offer some stretching so it does have/need maneuvering around. Other than that, its very quality and comfortable.

Decent cheap replacement
Decent for the price. Sounds like there is less bass after installing these. Kind of a nightmare to install but that's Sennheiser's fault, any earpads would be hard to put onto 4.40's. Overall pretty good.
