Only complaint is that light switch is on end of one of the "spokes" and is hard to see. Should be on pole, similar to other umbrellas.

The color was exactly what I was looking for, the lights added an extra detail for what the umbrella is for.

This is a very well built and heavy umbrella. The fabric is Sunbrella which is very resistant to fading. Holds up well in windy conditions. Enjoy the solar lights. Only minor complaint is that the two pieces of pole fit together very tight and are somewhat difficult to get apart. On the other hand this helps it to be sturdy. Would highly recommend this umbrella.Update 8/23/2023: The LED lights stopped working a little more than a month after delivery. I wrote Eliteshade customer service and received a reply in less than 24 hours asking for additional information. After submitting the info a new umbrella was delivered in less than a week. You can't ask for better customer service. Kudos to Eliteshade.

Love the dark red color of the umbrella

We wanted a second umbrella on our large patio and went to a home seller that has a large TV ad budget. Our original umbrella is 20+ years old and it's black Sunbrella fabric has not faded despite intense direct sun. Couldn't find what we wanted with Sunbrella , but ordered a $300 umbrella. It arrived looking and feeling skimpy and the pole broke when we first attempted to tilt. We decided to go to Amazon, found this seller using Sunbrella and promising superior engineering. It didn't disappoint. The pole feels sturdy, the frame is clearly strong and better constructed. The more refined engineering of the solar lights also makes the umbrella look more elegant. It even came in a well designed box that made unpacking and setup easy. This company has clearly put good engineering into crafting a superior product and we are now planning to order another to have an identical pair on our patio. Worth every penny and an excellent value compared to other products out there that are both more expensive and more cheaply made. Recommend without reservation.

These three tier umbrellas are great harvesting shade and shedding wind. We had a two tier umbrella for a couple years and the had problems with wind. The extra wind release is fantastic. We still have to wind it down when it’s really bad, but that is much less frequent. And it’s tough too be an LED lighting system that makes late evenings a great place for a beverage and a book.

I was excited to get this umbrella. However first time I cranked it all the way up to put the pin in, the knot at the bottom is too small and runs right through. Now I have to untie the knot to string it back through however it was tied so tight that I couldn't do it. I had to cut the string... now I know I needed more string to put it through the assembly. Lucky for me I had extra string and a ball that I could tie it around so the string wouldn't just slip through as the knot would again just be too small to hold it up. Pain in the butt for a new item. It's working now. Ingenuity. They really should not have just a small knot holding up the weight of the umbrella, when it slips right through the assembly. If I have to buy a new umbrella in the future it will not be this!
