Love this floating rope! Made our day at a swimming hole safe and fun for my pup. Nice and long. And very lightweight so it's easy to pack and carry.

My dog is a strong swimmer. But sometimes she is in water with a strong current. The leash allows her to enjoy the waterwith me able to retrieve her if she gets in trouble. As the leash floats, it does not drag her down. My dog wears a flotation vest and I attach the leash to that. I would not recommend attaching it to a traditional collar. I have also used the leash on land to for example to tie her the table at a picnic in the park. We have used the leash a lot and it has held up well. The padded handle did split, but I mended it easily with some electrical tape.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I used this multiple times in the water with my dog and I love it. Super comfy, lightweight and good quality. I love that it floats on water. The bright color is another plus. When it gets sand on it all it takes is a 2 second rinse to make it look new. The hook on it is reliable for my 100lbs mastiff pup.

This is a great leash for taking your dog to the beach when it’s in season and you can’t let them off the leash! I love the color and it definitely kept my dog safe in the waves that were massive after the hurricane just came through. I was able to pull him back to shore with ease. My only complaint with this leash which is the reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that when it gets covered in sand you can’t hold onto it when it’s wrapped up. The material of the leash will leave you with horrible sand burns. Outside of that it made my dogs days at the beach much more enjoyable!

Talk about durable! No frays. The handle is smooth and doesn't twist and move when handling. The length is perfect and let's him play but stay close. The clasp holds up against every day use . My German shepherd isn't nice against things and this is great and durable for him.

I’ve used this as a leash for my dog in and out of the water at the beach since the beginning of the year. He loves the feeling of being free and I love having a light weight leash on him if I do need to grab him. It’s made of good quality rope and it’s been easy to train him to use it. The only complaint I have is that the metal in the leash attachment isn’t waterproof… so mine has rusted shut.

Great purchase for all the adventure pups! Our dog Stormy loves to go in the ocean, and this was the best option. We don’t have to get dragged all the way in with her when we play fetch, and she gets the freedom even if there are other families nearby. The leash is bright and floats, so it’s easy to keep track of. It’s durable as all heck. We bought 1 for each of our pups and used it camping a few times this last summer. Pups wound it around the table, drug it through the mud, back and forth from beach walks, and it stayed in great shape. Will be able to keep reusing for quite a few years!

These worked great at the beach, to allow mine and my daughter's young pups to run around and play with each other. And for my daughter to have some control for her pup who loved retrieving toys from the ocean! They are also great for training purposes in the yard. The only issue, and it isn't a big issue for me, is that the ropes can become tangled occassionally.

I recently received this leash for my dog, writhing less than an hour he completely chewed through the cord 🤦🏻‍♀️ now I have to buy him a new one preferably metal this time 🤷🏻‍♀️
