those fit 2 1/2 -3 year old. (my daughter is turning 3 in couple months)

No the lining is soft and pretty thin so no noise and not even notable in the fit of the undies.

Q: Are the prints pictured still in stock, or will I receive a different print?

I received different prints than shown, to my disappointment.
