This crock fits beautifully on top of my water bottle holder. It looks sleek. The spout feels hefty. Easy to clean, easy to use. No drips, no leaks.

Zero stars. Fooled me twice. I bought the same product two times in a row, thinking the first time that maybe it was my family’s fault somehow that the crock cracked ALL THE WAY AROUND, like a fault line where the faucet is attached. These crocks were on stands, not being moved around, and both of them did the exact same thing within three months each, a crack fully formed all the way around, an inch or two from the bottom.This is cheaply made. DO NOT BUY.

It is really quiet but unfortunately the lid would fall off easily and this being ceramic it will break. Since I needed it for my tea shop and employees are careless I had to return it but if you use it at home and be careful it is really cute.

Item was well packaged and had zero cracks/scratches. Everything was as described. Metal faucet was well made as was the black ceramic jug! Very happy with this purchase. Used a small wooden stand I already had on hand & it fits perfectly. Plan to drink more water now Would definitely recommend this product/seller!

This looks nice and has been working well. I'm a tad worried about the turn on valve as it feel plastic. We'll see.
