Uniquely awesome
I love knives ever since I was a kid and have added many to my collection over the years. This knife is one of my favorites. It’s easy to carry, very compact, keeps its sharp edge, opens smoothly and feels comfortable in the hand. It’s fossil appearance makes it stand out from all my other knives and the quality of CRKT will definitely make this one a keeper.

As always, CRKT delivers quality
I’ve always been a big fan of CRKT knives. The lives I’ve owned by them have always been solid and well made, and this one is no exception. The knife feels solid and the blade is sharp right out of the packaging. What I really like about this knife is that with the slightest flick of the open assist, and the knife opens like butter.Definitely a favorite.

A lot of Knife For the Money
Nice knife. Very good EDC knife. Silky smooth opening with flipper. Steel is adequate for everyday uses. It comes razor sharp out of the box and is easy to sharpen. This knife is not designed for heavy use. Price point is unbelievable for a ball bearing pivot knife system. G-10 handle overlays are unique to say the least. My criticism of this knife is the clip. The pocket clip is tip up carry only and is a little uncomfortable in the hand with the two spacers, but not that big of an issue. I like the shape of the blade and the satin finish. At 4 oz it might be a little heavy for EDC, but it is again not really an issue. The blade length at 3.4" is very nice . Not too bulky for the pocket. The frame lock is also very good. No play in the blade and it centers up very well in closed position. Great value and you actually get a lot of knife for the money. I would not consider this a tactical knife at all. It is more of an EDC knife or collectible. It rides very well in the pocket with the deep carry clip, but it does have a tendency to hang up a little when taking out of the pocket. But again, not really that much of an issue. All in all it is a great buy. Can't go wrong. I like the knife and plan on using it as my primary carry knife along with my Kershaw Leek.

Solid and sharp knife
Man this knife feels great in the hand! The blade flips out very smoothly with a tap of your finger. Blade is very sharp out the box

A little bulky for edc.
It flips smooth, came decently sharp and looks pretty nice, but the thickness of the handle, scales and clip make it too bulky in the pocket. I use it occasionally around the house but I prefer my slimmer spyderco's for everyday carry.

but for $35 it looks and feels amazing.
I did have to Dremel the sharp edges down, but for $35 it looks and feels amazing.

EXCELLENT QUALITY, NOT GOOD AS EDC
BUILD QUALITY: 10DESIGN LOOK: 10DESIGN FUNCTIONALITY: 4I love the build quality on CRKT knives, they are build like brickhouses and last forever....and I want so badly to love this particular knife, but as an EDC with the idea of utility in mind, it has too many things going against it...it's too heavy, sticks in your pocket due to the over-sized pocket clip, and is unwieldy in the hand due to an odd handle balance when you're holding it.I do love the design look and the fact that the deep handle makes it harder to accidentally slide your hand across the blade during use, but I unfortunately can't recommend this knife for daily use, only for very casual use.

Great budget edc knife!
This is quite possibly my favorite knife ever made, wish they made a more premium version with better steel grade and ceramic barrings but it's a great edc flipper blade for the money and they also update the pocket clip that was notorious for getting hung up on things while pocketed and bending easily.
