I figured I will just buy myself another one at the local Japanese Store/Grocery. Until I saw this on desertcart, I thought this was going to be great and not costing me gas going to the Japanese Store. Well, I got what I paid for: this "Kitchen Knife Open Hole Stainless Steel" is cheap, cheap, cheap. The stainless steel blade is thin, and the handle is even cheaper plastic and looks like the knife will rust (yes, it is that cheap-looking, looks like plain steel) and the Bar Code on the packaging was meant to clearly cover the "Made in China" print. Very disappointed in this purchase. Not worth the time and effort to return this knife. If you really want to purchase this cheap knife, go ahead, but you have been warned.
