ONCRO® Improved L-Shaped 3.5mm Aux cable with mic 24K Gold Plated Male to Male audio cable with inline wire control button for Music and smart control for answer phone calls

I recently purchased Sony XM4 bluetooth headphones, which comes with an aux cable without a mic.Now I wanted to use these headphones with my PS4, so I needed an aux cable with the mic, and hence I purchased this ONCRO product.I received the product on 20/05/2021. The cable did not get tightly plugged into my headphones, and the audio I was hearing was robotic, not at all usable.I contacted the customer care, and put this up for replacement on amazon.Customer care person was very apologetic, approachable and kind. (Hence the 2 star rating, otherwise would have given 1 star for the product quality). He guaranteed that the replacement product will be double checked for fitting before sending.LOL the replacement product I received on 25/05/2021 was even worse - the microphone piece on the cable was broken (image is attached).As no wires were damaged, I simply used a duct tape to bind the microphone part together, and plugged into my Sony XM4 headphones.I realized that by design itself, the product is incompatible with my headphones, because the base of the 3.5 mm jack on this cable is slightly larger than necessary in diameter. So the plug doesn't go all the way into my headphones. I had an AUX cable extender, which helped me plug this in properly and after that the sound was also fine. There was an echo in the mic though.As the piece was broken anyway, I am returning it.If you have a Sony XM4 headphones, avoid this product as it won't fit.For other headphones it could fit and work well, but quality is worth the price - 'sasta'.

My first cable had mic quality issues. I initiated a replacement. The replaced cable simply did not work i.e., no sound at all. The product packaging is pathetic, cheap quality, with no seal and the cable quality too is poor. The advertised images make it look premium as they use a golden metallic color but physically you can see that its not that great. The spring that you see at one end is the one you find inside cheap ballpoint pens. Amazon should stop this vendor from selling if they do not provide a full refund for a faulty product, as their replacement simply doesn't work. Disappointed.

Mic is not working after two months product is not good quality

The mic connection is very flimsy. The cheap plastic covering broke and came out in less than a month.Would not recommend buying this. First they sent me a cable with a non-functional mic, which I had to return and now this. Very unhappy with the purchase!

Ordered this as a replacement cable for my earphone , satisfied with the length of the cable which is large enough to hear music without pulling the wire. Since this Aux cable has 3.5 mm jack on both the ends I am able to connect my earphone with my laptop or phone or even connect my phone to car and listen to music without any distortion. The Audio quality is good when I hear music with this cable. Overall satisfied with my buying experience.
