What are the inside dimensions from lip to lip?

Ok, so the whole tray is as described 14x18; however, if you measure the flat surface inside the lips I get 12 1/4 x 16 1/4 inches. Hope this helps!

I think so but I wash it by hand.or you can wipe it clean with all purpose cleaner I do this.it too big .its like the McDonald's tray..hope this helps some it can washed in dishwasher. It's very sturdy and strong.

Do they lay flat & is the perimeter a 90 degree angle or slightly curved out?

They do lay flat and the perimeter does slightly curve out, terminating into an approximately 3/8 inch wide smooth tray "lip" all around the tray.
