Is this wig big head friendly?

The wig is a medium cap size 22.5. I would assume by those measurements it is, I myself have a smaller head.

Are these 2 pictures the same wig in the ad?

I must say, for the price this wig was one of the better short wigs I purchased from Amazon l washed it several times and it looks like the first time I got it.
