I have a Dell Inspiron 15 gaming laptop and my old battery looked like it was going to explode. It would only hold a charge for 10 minutes. After replacing it with this one I get 8-10 hours depending on what I’m doing but it’s so nice to have a laptop again

It is a good battery. Simple to install. Extebded the life of my laptop, which is heavily used.

I had to get help from a local computer repair shop (dell laptop had a specific screw I didn’t have a screwdriver for), but already my computer feels like new with its new battery life that can go for hours on one charge. Definitely was good money spent for an upgrade that was long overdue on a 4 year old laptop.

There are TWO versions of replacement batteries for the Dell Inspiron 15 7000 Gaming laptop (model 7567) that have the SAME Type/Model number (357F9), are of the same wattage (74Wh), and are supposed to replace the same Dell part number (71JF4)! One is an 11.1V version and the other is an 11.4V version. They are NOT interchangeable!The original battery in my 7567 is the 11.4V version. (Why there are two voltage versions of the same Dell battery is a complete mystery to me, one that I’m going to find out about from Dell.)I noticed that at least one other reviewer said that this battery melted inside her husband’s laptop, chalking it up to a defective battery. Maybe, but before I was aware of the different voltage versions, I installed an 11.1V in my laptop. It seemed to be working fine for about three months, then it failed. After removing it, I saw it had a melt dimple on the top left edge. I assume that’s why 11.1V and 11.4V batteries are NOT compatible. Luckily, my laptop wasn’t damaged (as far as I can tell).This may be a fine battery for Dell 7567 laptops that use an 11.1V battery, but my review here is prompted by the fact that, before I purchased it, I pointed out to the seller in the Q&A on this battery that the title of the item says it’s an 11.4V battery but that the pictures and specs say it’s an 11.1V. The seller replied, “Yes, this battery is a replacement for 357f9 11.4v battery, please buy it with confidence and I will ask our engineer why the picture shows 11.1v.”I have noticed that several sellers of supposedly 11.4V batteries for the Dell 7567 have conflicting information—saying their battery is an 11.4V in the title. But the specs say it’s an 11.1V, and the pictures clearly show an 11.1V battery. I complained to Amazon about their lack of vetting of these products. Maybe they’ll do something about it and maybe they won’t. Regardless, the two-fold moral of this story is: (1) Make sure that you’re ordering the same voltage version of the original battery that came with your laptop, and (2) verify it’s the correct voltage when you get it before installing it!BTW: I’ve been contacting Dell for the past several months to see if they have a replacement battery for my 7567 in stock, but they never do.

This gave me a great battery life for my computer now I can do alot with worrying about my battery dying on me all of a sudden.

Installment was an ease, the screwdrivers provided worked well for me, pretty decent battery life, at least better than the one I had. The instructions are pretty thorough. I think it was a worthwhile investment.

Brought my laptops full battery life from 2hr 17min to 6hr 2min... it even came with the mini screw driver & hex head to replace it. Great buy to rejuvenate your old battery
