This danish dough whisk worked well for my large batch of dough. It has a comfortable handle and easy to grip. Was pretty easy to clean. It's a really nice quality and more durable than my other one. Very good size and makes mixing easier. It's easy to register for the lifetime warranty too.

The perfect addition to my sourdough supplies! This is an amazing tool for any dough creation. It easily mixes dough, is easy to clean and works without scratching the bowl. Perfect design and the tool itself is lightweight but helps to do the tough work of mixing the dough well.

I hesitated to order this without being able to handle it forest. bread whisks have to be well made and very sturdy to be useful. This one is both. I feel like I will get a lot of use making artisan bread. The wood handle is smooth and offers a good grip. It will have to be hand washed. This would make a nice addition to a gift basket for bakers.

I absolutely love this!! Super easy to clean running under cold water right away, making dough mixing easy peasy. Worked great… for a few months, until it fell apart. I was able to put it back together, using the pin to hold the whisk down in place. Although it still tends to fall apart from time to time which is super frustrating when your mid mix on sourdough. All in all this was my first of this kind and am not sure how they generally hold up usually but I do recommend for anyone who needs something to mix heavy doughs.
