Well, I give this a 3 star as it does something but had some flaws where I am unable to call it as a 'portable food warmer' (though the name says). 1 star for Amazon Prime as I can return the item if any issues without stressing myself. 2 for the product quality (except the flaws) and 3 for the overall design of it.I bought few of the similar ones to test out before my 22hour interstate drive. But nothing serves the purpose of a 'portable' food warmer as all of them leaks really bad on the top seal where the lid and the stainless steel pan meets. So I decide that all of the ones I received are defective/not advertised properly.The plusses:-Lowest priced item on amazon of similar kind-You put any dry (I mean not liquid/soup, but something that does not have gravy/juice in your food) food and it comes to 76f to 100f in about 30mins, 100f to 130f in about 30mins and 130f to 150f in about 60mins. The measurements are with my Food/Meat Instant Thermometer and may not be fully accurate. But I hope you get the ball park figure. For an office lunch or a road trip lunch this should be fine in my view.-It comes with a stainless steel bowl and easy cleaning-It comes with both cigarette lighter 12v connection and 110v house plug wires. So easy power on the go and at office/or anywhere-Nice and really well insulated bag (compared to some other brands available in amazon)-A plastic spoon-Overall a nice productThe negatives:-Not a portable soup/liquid/gravy .... warmer. Basically, if your food is kind of liquid... just find something else (I couldn't find anything on the market so far except a good old lunch box and heating up with a regular pan if I am on the move.-No switch or what so ever, so please have an alarm set in your phone or somewhere to turn this thing off.-The wires are hard to plug in if the container is in the provided bag.-12v plug keeps unplugging from the device and it seems it is little at the loose end-The outside case+lid is plastic (should be food grade, but didn't worry much as the seal is leaking). So the durability is at the lower end.I didn't get any pictures of the things as I already returned them just after the liquid test without wasting my time on this thing. That is my bad.Hope this will help someone to decide on what is required based on the need. Have a good one!

Esperaba algo un poco más grande y más. Eficiente para calentar, el empaque no me pareció adecuado, el transportista maltrato el paquete y lo resivi en malas condiciones.
