No, it was a single... sent it back for refund. Went to Aquasana site to order items in 4 packs.

Q: Are these 4.5" wide or the narrower filter?

The EQ-304-20 filters measure 20" x 2.5"

Q: I accidently bought this when I need 10 inch one. Can I cut this in half?

If the system is made by Aquasana and you cut this filter in half in order to use it. more than likely Aquasana will void the repair/replacement agreement. I did the same thing the first time I ordered replacement filters. Just sent the filters back in exchange for the correct one's.
