I bought this based upon reviews at Amazon. When I made my first cappuccino with it, I thought the milk had spoiled. I tried again with fresh milk, and just as bad. Then I went back to my old Starbucks espresso dark roast, and it was delicious.Perhaps this is a taste that some might enjoy, but this long time (>40 years) espresso/cappuccino lover was shocked at the off taste. I think they should offer a small free amount for tasting, before paying 24$ for 12 oz of this blend.

Fruity, chocolatey, delicious. Works well in my superautomatic machine.

This might be a dream come true for coffee drinkers that like unusual flavors, but it went in my garbage can after trying to like it for a few days. It does not have much coffee flavor, with a very unusual "fruity" taste for lack of a better description. The "fruity" aftertaste lingers forever. The brew is very smooth with a tangy, sour, salty, "fruit" flavor, if that is what you like.
