Once you read the instructions you it’s very easy to use.
I was so tired of trying to take my grandsons temperatures with those little battery thermometers that you use once and then when you need it again it’s dead! Especially at 2 am in the morning!!

Use Eye Glasses for this and patience.
Thing I like about the unit, it uses AA batteries. It's grip feels so comfortable in the hands. Things that would be better, it took a long moment to get use with the menu, had to figure out how to change the unit of measurement from C to F bec the manual was too small to read.

Item never worked
Put in 2 new batteries 2 times. It states to press the test button to activate the display but there was no such button. It's location did not appear in the product diagram. Generated a return and asked for a replacement item to be sent and it arrived the next day. This one did not work either and I am not interested in a third try in hopes that it would work. From the Amazon web site under the description "Lifetime Guarantee", I found a support address and I emailed the company and got no response. The phone number listed in the manual was a number in China. I also noticed that 2 days after mine was ordered, the price went up $7. Don't waste your time and money on this one!

Not useful at all
No directions included. Long ways from being accurate. Made on China. Would not have ordered if I'd had that information. If it doesn't work it's useless at any price.

Much better than the old fashioned thermometers😷😊
It was nice to be able to take temps without holding something under the tongue for several minutes. It is accurate and does not need to touch the face.
