Q: Does this come with the case?

Yes. It comes with a soft black plastic case/sleeve. I never bother to use the case since I have need for the metronome whenever I practice.

Q: What is the country of origin?

Our Intelli Metronome & Tuner says it was made in Korea. I don't think Korea has a reputation for exemplary production quality, but everyone we know who owns one of these raves about its durability and we have not had any problems in the one year we have owned ours.

Q: doest it have volume control?

I bought the Intelli IMT 301 5 IN 1 Digital Metro Tuner Thermo-Hygro Meter and it has a volume control on the right side with the slow/fast temo control button on the front. The one I got is all white, no black.

Q: How long does it take to ship?

Amazon is excellent, if you have prime less than 3 days
