I bought this a few months ago for my new apartment and had the same (or very similar) model in my previous house for years. Works great! Surprisingly quiet, and compared to units I've had in previous offices, I love the bottom load for water since it not only takes up less space and doesn't cause a spill installing a new jug, but I worry having all that higher weight of a top load model could be dangerous with little kids around.

I love it! I used to have a top loading machine and it was show much work to get the water jug on the dispenser. Now it’s so much easier and the water is so cold. Love the room temperature button as well. The price was really good at the time I purchased it. I recommend

Hot water doesn’t work. Faulty machine. Massive hassle to return as I don’t have the big box it came in nor another box to put it in. It’s also heavy so I will struggle to find a way to get it into my car then UPS.

I love that the water bottle is hidden. Water is ice cold and the hot is very hot. Very quiet and sleek. I recommend this product. Easy to hook water up . As the unit is preparing for cold and hot it makes a little noise but after its finished there's no more noise.

Easy set up and easy to load bottles. Quiet cooling! Overall a nice unit!

I bought this in July 2024. It looked and worked great for the first two months. Then the water pump broke. I contacted Igloo warranty, and they sent me a replacement in about a week. Then the water pump broke AGAIN about a month later. The warranty technician stated that this was a very common issue. I ended up buying an equivalent Brio instead (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07T6C64BX?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_2&th=1), which has been working for 1 year and 3 months and counting. BUYER BEWARE OF THIS PRODUCT!!!

Received the new Igloo water cooler. Was extremely impressed with the 3 temperatures. The hot water is very hot and the cold water is very cold and I'm very impressed with that. Extremely happy with my purchase. Highly recommended

Me fascina que el agua fria sale muy fresca. Lo único malo es que no hay garrafones de 19 litros para que pueda meterse el garrafón al dispensador de agua es muy forzado para que pueda meterse

No me gustó porque tiene dañada la tapa donde se conecta el garrafón y no funciona y extra no quieren reemplazarlo y no califica para devolución y no puedo encontrar la parte dañada para comprarla
