Easy to use and worth the money
I'm a stay-at-home mom always on the lookout for quick and easy ways to stay active, and this jump rope fits the bill perfectly. It's incredibly easy to use right out of the box, feeling very light in my hands. Adjusting the length was simple and quick, which I appreciate when time is precious. Long but effective!
Just a little long in length, I had to make a knot at both ends to adjust it to work for me. Other than that, worth it!

I've bought 3 of these so far. My bro is 6'1 and he uses it fine. I'm 5'6 and can use it at maximum length too , but adjustment is easy if you need to

Handles not rope.
I thought the rope was weighted but it's not. It is the handles. I missed that in the reading. Bad buy on my end.
