Spy Ninjas New Recruit Mission Kit from Vy Qwaint and Chad Wild Clay

The kit was for my 7 year old son. He was really excited about getting it. He was unable to use the secret pen because it was either out of ink when we got it, or he may have left the cap off overnight. I didn’t see the pen used until the day after it arrived and it didn’t work. The thing he has had fun with is the ear piece listening device. He can’t really spell yet so the decoder is basically just a toy to look at, the pen he uses even though it doesn’t work and he actually like to play with the listening device. I couldn’t get it to stick on my ear but it definitely amplified sounds and was fun. It would be nice to know if there are refills for the secret pen. All in all he was happy we got it but not sure if I’d buy it again or not. Maybe a 50/50 chance and would be higher if the ink was full or not dried out.

I like the decoder wheel. Decent build quality. Only issue is that inner ring can't be used to set key and that is the position of the key symbol so can be quite confusing in the videos that they decide to use the key symbol. Now the Noise enhancer has decent range but forget to extend the mic boom and it is feedback city. Still a very decent kit. Activity books were fine but are a repeat of what comes in the Project Zorgo Infiltration kit.

My son was thrilled, which is all that matters, I suppose. But the quality of the items was cheap. The pen didn't work so I bought a generic black light pen from the craft store. The sound enhancer is heavy and stiff on a kids ear. Also did not work. Best part is the decoder wheel. We had a lot of fun solving the puzzles in the kit and all over the box and leaving secret mom messages for him to find and decode. He also was happy to receive the spy ninja certificate allowing him to be an official spy ninja.

My daughter is a big fan of spy ninjas and the toy is amazing but little expensive for me but worth for kids to play and see them happy

Bought this for my 6yr old son who LOVES Spy Ninjas. When it arrived, he immediately started using the decoder for the messages on the box. He has played with it every day sometimes all day. I feel it's a kinda pricey for the few things you get, but it's priceless for how much fun my son has with it.

LAME LAME LAME!! Didn't they even test this stuff?The invisible pen just plain doesn't work. As LOTS of other reviewers have said.And then the noise enhancer was dead on arrival too-- at least the batteries are dead. It comes with a battery inside but its not working. I'm hoping that one is just a battery problem-- but how lame is this-- how long was it sitting on a warehouse shelf for the battery to die?My 9 year old was so excited at its arrival. Paid $24.65 of his OWN money for this.But as a parent, when half of the stuff comes non-functioning, I'm about ready to ban spy-ninjas in this house. This is terrible PR for them as a youtube channel. You don't charge $20+ bucks for stuff that probably cost them $5.00 total and then not at least do quality control check on the stuff.Boo.

Activities are too limited also the noise enhancer hurts the kids ears as this product is made for childrens the quality should be improved, material used is not kids friendly

It was great fir a 7 year old. It was a bit flimsy and sparce on content for the money in my opinion. Small cardboard items. My grandson enjoyed playing with it and had really wanted it though.

Originally got sent the wrong order. Ordered the new spy ninja kit but got sent the old one. Very quick turn around on getting a new one sent out. Great customer service fast delivery and the product was exactly what it should have been.
