If you have neck issues it's a must you get one. You can get really great stretches in you neck with it. it won't feel like a stretch because you placing weight on your neck but once you realize how to utilize and manipulate your neck on it, you will thank me for the recommendation. Great for if you sit at a puder all day and don't move much. Not to mention the wayyyyy better leg/ankle lock-in system with the newer unit.
