I Wish I Had More of These
After our house got hit by the 10 DEC 2021 [EF4] tornado, we crawled out and over the rubble, lifted our smashed up book shelf and pulled this power station and our emergency stuff out that was on it. Then we walked two blocks before getting in an uncovered golf cart to go another mile and a half in still pouring rain until we arrived at the High School (shelter). The box to this power station had already disintegrated from being so wet and the power station was soaked. We let it dry for a couple of days and then when we were sure it was completely dry, we turned it on.To this day.... it still works perfectly. Two days ago, the power was off here in town for 5 hours due to high winds. We used this to run two fans, a tablet for watching movies, a USB powered light, and 2 phones (one for Internet Hot Spot and one for watching weather radar). Of the 5 bars on the display, after 5 hours, it only used 2 bars with all of that plugged into it.If I had more of these, I wouldn't fear another power outage ever. In fact, I'd look forward to it. The only downfall here is that we just can't afford any more of them at the moment. Great value for the money though.PHOTO: This Power Station survived this hit and works great today. In the lower right corner where you see the blue mattress... Under that mattress is a pile of bricks from the wall ...Under that is a busted up book shelf ....Under that was this Power Station. Then there was the fact that it got soaked in the rain as we carried it to the shelter. Need I say more?

Worked great until it didn't
Purchased this Nov 2021 to help in case the power ever went out for small devices and while on trips. It worked just as described and was very reliable. I would plug it in every 30 days to make sure the battery was full and to stay active.A few weeks ago I tried plugging it in to charge it showed the battery was completely drained which I thought was odd. I plugged it in and let it sit for hours where it never fully charged 100%. After leaving it charging overnight (screen still flashing like it was charging) I unplugged it and the power button was unresponsive. Holding it down did nothing. The only way I could get it to turn on was to plug the charging cable in, then turn on the power, and plug in a device. This worked a few times.Last week I tried again and the battery was fully drained again. Plugging in the charging cable for hours would only get the charge to 50%. Unplugging it would turn off the screen entirely. Plug it back in and it would show it back to 0%. My guess is it's not charging the battery or an electronic component isn't measuring the power levels properly. This is basically unusable now and now I'm kicking myself for not getting the Amazon warranty as it's now a very heavy paperweight. I'd be far more frustrated had this happened during an actual power outage.I don't see any way to contact to the seller asking for troubleshooting steps so I'm leaving this review for anyone else who is considering buying it. If you do, make sure you get the warranty...

Best bang for buck option I've found - 1 year review - Buyer Beware
Having owned this for an entire year, and only having used it a handful of times for outdoor needs or actual power outage issues, I can say when it worked, it worked well for what it did. However I recently discovered as of a month or so ago that it is no longer holding a charge. It has been plugged in the entire time, so the battery should always remain fully charged, and there SHOULD be some logic in the unit to prevent this kind of battery death behavior... However, this is obviously not the case. My unit will act like it is charging the battery, and will even go up incrementally over time as you'd expect it to when charging, however once removed from power the battery indicator on it quickly drops bars with nothing plugged in or being powered by it.I haven't seen any way to contact the seller, support, or anything else to receive assistance with this issue. Buyer beware: Support is limited, lifetime of unit is suspect, your mileage may vary depending on active use. This unit is great for off grid power needs, but only to a certain extent. If you have something you need to power with a high draw, like a drill or coffee maker, this is not the power bank for you. It will run lights, fans, battery chargers, laptop chargers, CPAP, etc without issue. The only drawback I could find with this unit is it's limited input on solar power. It doesn't matter what size panel you hook up to it, you'll only ever get 58 watts input. I'm certain this is a safety feature to keep from overcharging too fast, and to promote longevity on the battery, however it would have been nice to have an option to turn on 'supercharging' for the unit. All in all, quite pleased with the purchase. It powers everything in my back yard for entertaining.

Impressed
I used this all xmas season to power 110v Xmas lights on my wagon. Normally a group 65 automotive battery with an inverter (clunky mess of wires and ALot of weight room needed) ... I can't believe running roughly 40-50watts over the course 18hours and 3 days without needing a charge and still hovered around 50-60% life left!I was skeptical, my only complaint is it doesn't show the watt output while using 110v inversion, and it seems as if there isn't enough watts flowing, that'll shutdown the DC-side circuit. I figured out I have to cycle the power and keep whatever power source-ON. Not sure if wireless charging works because I don't know anyone that has it WITHOUT a phone case
