Great knife, great price. use it now for lots of cutting duties. replaces my ceramic paring knife that i have used for several years. this knife is super sharp and cuts like a dream. Slices chicken breasts in half thickness smooth as anything. Great price as well

Good quality knife for the price

This is a great knife. I bought it for my daughter because her deboning knife was on its last legs. Henkel is the best quality

Its a Henckel-what more is there to say. Great quality. I have used Henckel knives for years and have never been disappointed.

From the moment this knife arrived, I used it without having to sharpen it. It held it's sharpness for nearly 6 months, and I'm still using it. It's still sharp, and the weight and shape of it in my hand fits perfectly. Some paring knives are too big (I don't know why they would call them a paring knife. Any knife more than 6 3/4 inches long is NOT a pairing knife, but a small chopping or cutting knife. Anyway, these Henkel knives are perfect, and honestly - the price is right. They'll be around for along time. They are a quality knife.

Very nice knife

The knife is sharp and cuts well, however, the blade on mine is curved. I probably should’ve sent it back, but I was too lazy.
