Our Jack Russell loves this indestructible outdoor ball. Rigid and jaw/tooth-proof. Rather noisy on hard surfaces but perfect on the lawn. Endless dribble-runs. Not for indoor use — too noisy and would scratch hard-floors and skirting.

Have used this for a long time now, and my malinois cannot pick it up. He could pick up the next size down and it started to wear away his canine so I had to buy this bigger size. He is a herding dog breed, so he loves to chase and nip at things - so this ball is perfect - he charges down the garden (one acre of lawn) at top speed, with the ball at his nose and he has learned to steer it around so it doesn't get lost in bushes. He runs so fast that if he doesn't stop the ball when it hits bushes, the ball blasts into orbit and easily over the meter high fence into the neighbours garden. While it's lightweight, it will hurt when it slams into you at speed, I have the bruises to prove it. On rainy days, at top speed, the ball kicks up a meter high stream of water from the grass that drenches the dog. But his teeth are safe, as he cannot pick it up nor even bite it. The ball looks worn as he uses it so much, but this has not diminished it's use at all. It's the perfect chase toy for my dog and well worth the money as it has lasted so long.

It is a plastic ball! I went for the xl size and my bulldog loves it (he’s obsessed with balls)As it is a hard ball, I used it in a large open space so he’s not hitting his head as I read some reviews about teeth chipping.I’d buy again and or the small sizers! It is worth the price!

This is the second one I have bought. Unfortunately the first one succumbed to the elements as it spent two and a half years out in all weathers and became brittle. I immediately ordered a new one as Luna, my three and a half year old Labrador, loves chasing and dribbling it round the garden. I bought the first one after Luna killed half a dozen footballs. This is a strong robust ball and withstands very boisterous play.

The ball is no good for my dog as it is too firm and more like a bowling ball. It's heavy and not practical for us. Have to look for a softer one.

These are amazing. I got the largest one and my dogs and kids love it. There's no way the dogs could destroy it.

AVIOD if you value your dogs teeth, it has a warning label about teeth damage, suggests supervised use, why that makes a difference I am unsure; you wouldn't give your child a toy which could hurt them so why is this acceptable for a pet? - also you have to pay for the return of this dangerous toy.

Have bought a number of these from a different brand but my.puppy is bigger than your average puppy and soon outgrew them. This is the largest I can find and he loves it. A few scrapes from his teeth on it but it withstands everything he can throw at it. Loves it.

This is not for kicking, but my dog loves it. Brought it to the dog park and several dogs were pushing it around. Got a lot of energy used up and the dogs had a great time. This ball is durable and I feel like it’s going to last for many years .

It was a surprise that this is an extremely hard plastic ball, but my puppy loves chasing it around the room and batting it about with her paws. She has completely scored the outer surface so it is now covered in scars. Note that there is a small hole in one spot, probably from how the ball is made in the factory. I was afraid my dog would fixate on that little hole and try to destroy the ball because that's how she is, but it has held up really well. Recommend you get the right size for your dog's mouth because I'm sure a bigger dog could destroy the ball if it was able to really chomp down on it.Finally, watch the pricing on these at it seems to fluctuate a huge amount (up to 5x) on Amazon Canada.

Eventually this ball succumbs to the constant tearing. I always have one in the wings to ensure he can still play with one. This is the best toy ever.

My cattle dog loves playing with her jolly ball it tires her out and a tired cattle dog is a happy cattle dog. Note to owner this is definitely a outside toy!!!!
