It took awhile to assemble and a few pieces were sort of unclear but it came together ok. The door the pulls out isn't straight in the cabinet box and we can't figure out how to adjust it. But it sits in a corner of our kitchen and you can't tell. I feel like it will scratch up with time, but most things do. For the price we got what we expected. Our laundry room is roght off our kitchen, so babies things always evded up on the floor in front of the washer. It was a pain to take up 1 or 2 things to his bedroom hamper every time we fed him. It's so convenient to toss our babies dirty clothes in after meals and not have piles of his clothes sitting around waiting for the laundry to free up.

The assembly was a nightmarish. It is actually not hard to follow. I think two pieces of wood that are supposed to be the pouch rack create too much agony. It is a huge design flaw. It is not something important. But it gets in the way since it must be attached the exact way. It is not easy to figure out which angle it must be attached. I unscrewed and reattached them over and over again. Turned out it is a rack! And I am not using the pouch. Much ado about nothing. The pouch is made out of low quality fabric.I will keep it but durability is questionable.

Perfect in all ways. Easy directions to put together & can be used for so many things. We are holding dog food in our kitchen

Reasonably priced, durable, and looks great! Inside laundry bag holds a moderate amount of clothes, but still a great way to keep dirty clothes contained especially with a big family.

This hamper was just what I was looking for. It looks great in my newly redecorated bathroom. I thought it was very easy to put together. Especially if you've done that kind of thing before. I love that it tilts out.

Too small to use for a laundry bag. You need to empty every other day. The size is deceiving. It looks good but not usable.

Packaged well to prevent damage in shipping.Well made, very good fit and finish. Pay close attention to images and instructions when assembling.

I bought this to house the opening of a newly installed laundry shoot. I cut out the bottom(s) after I assembled it and attached a shoot, added trim to the base (through my floor) from the main floor into my basement located beside the laundry room. Works amazingly!!! The tilt out function works great. I think the size using the bag it came with would be okay but would only hold maybe a day or two of dirty laundry based on your family size.

Like the product, however came with missing parts ("M" 12x screws). Amazon support was great, manufacturers support was great but they were unable to ship the parts to Canada and directed me back to Amazon, meaning the issue remained un-resolved. Be prepared for missing parts without support if you buy this. Make sure you are desperately liking this enough to deal with it :-)

Had to use gorilla glue to hold the hamper because the screws came loose on one side. More work than I anticipated for the price3 months later it came apart again.

It is as described. I’m pleased with it.

All the hardware was labeled and packaged separately to correspond to the step in the construction process.
