Perfect find after much searching
Changed Quadro out for GeForce and learned a power cord lesson. 6 pin vs 6+2 to 8 pin PSU plug. If you are here you know what I’m talking about and so do the makers of this cable. Looks like it is Dell Precision OEM and works great! Your search is over and now you can get back to building your rig.
