This item is a good thing to have when wearing your protective mask. It creates a space between your nostrils and your lips, so you don't inhale the mask when you breathe, or chafe your lips when you talk while having to wear a mask. It makes wearing a mask a lot less uncomfortable. My only problem is it needs to be available in an extra large size for big-faced people...like me.Before i was introduced to this product, I had to constantly remind my family to wear their masks, now, not so much.In my opinion, for you regular-sized faces out there, it's a good idea to have one of these spacers for each of your loved ones, and friends and family, too. LOL.....It could save a life or two.
