Great value for money.
Sufficient to deal with some deep scores. Variety of colours is enough to deal with most wood/laminate flooring.

Diverse colors however not so great battery life
The diverse options of colors available made it easy to match my flooring perfectly, which I really appreciated. However, I did encounter a downside: the battery drains too quickly, which can be quite frustrating during repairs. Overall, while the color selection is a strong point, I’d go for a cabled heating pen.

Easy to use
I found it easier to use and had purchased this from YouTube videos of other people using something similar. What was good was the range of waxes and heat tool. Some clever mixing is required to try and achieve the exact result on wooden flooring but practice makes perfect. For the cost well worth it as I'm sure chips in flooring will happen again.

Floor filler/repair.
Might work if you get the right colour. Mine are grey so could not use it. Also don't have black, otherwise could have mixed black and white.The heat pen is pretty useless, takes ages to heat up and arkward to hold and keep on to heat and fil damaged area. Would I buy again? Nope.

Utterly useless
This “heater” takes so long to heat up that your finger is numb from holding down the button and it hardly melts the wax at all. Had to order a soldering iron to get the job done to any level of satisfaction.

Works ok with wax sticks but it takes for ever to heat up and isn’t very powerful, just about does the job
