Also comes with 4 wheels easy-lock advantage and user-friendly adjustable knobs providing flexibility and mobility. It is capable of turning 45 degrees, or attaching 2 flexible conveyors make a 90 degree angle. Flexible Skatewheel conveyors are great for packaging lines, lighter duty shipping & receiving. They're extremely flexible and configurable for whatever the job is. Skatewheels come in yellow polyolefin which are a great economical choice and are more resistant to wet applications or moisture. They must be slid into the proper location and then secured by inserting a bolt at the top and securing it with a hex nut for each leg. The problem is is that bolt hole is exactly in line with another fastener at right angles. The bolts cannot be inserted without gratuitously having to remove the adjacent fastener first. Simply moving the bolt hole down half an inch would have eliminated the assembly interference. It gets worse. When used as a work support for relatively rigid material being moved through a saw this product works ok. However, if the material is flexible, e.g., 1/8" FRP sheets, the material will catch on the corner posts since their tops are only slightly below the tops of the rollers. It seems to me that even if used as a roller conveyor, e.g., for boxes, etc., this might also be a problem.
