This is my first harmonica and it was lying around in my room because i tried playing it once and felt it was too much to learn. But then suddenly one day i got the inspiration to pick it up again and i watched a few youtube videos and voila! it was so easy to play and i had loads of fun playing it! Its so cheap! just buy it if you are on the fence.

This is a great harmonica for beginners. The quality is pretty nice and the case is the perfect size.

I have a few higher end harmonicas like the Hohner Special 20 and Marine Band. They are great and run over $40. I wanted a cheap one to take around. I bought a $11 Hohner Blues Band, and it was horrible. Several notes did not even play. It was complete garbage. So I got my money back.Then took a chance with this one, and it is less that $10, and it is plays GREAT! The notes seem to bend easier than the Special 20, and all notes play well. It's responsive and easy to play. Great cheap harmonica. Only down side is the tone is a little less impressive than the Special 20, but it's very acceptable for a cheap harmonica.

I was excited to learn the harmonica, but when I was practicing on the first day I ran into a problem. The 2nd key hole was unable to draw the key, it could blow just fine, but you can see how that's an issue considering that's a major key for this instrument. It's unfortunate for me because now it seems like a waste of money, it was beautifully constructed, the keys sound good, but unfortunately I get one that's 2nd key doesn't draw. If you're trying to start off as a beginner, I'd say it's good for the price but better how you got better luck than me.

I like the quality and sound, plays great. Great when out for recreation.
